Title:   Board Certified Behavior Specialist (BCBA) 

 

Reports to:  Supervisor of Special Education    

 

Available:   1/21/2025

 

Terms of Employment:  10 month full-time, salary in accordance with PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement

 

Description: Provide highly advanced behavioral analysis services and behavior management plans in a K-12 environment for students with special education needs and challenging behaviors; provide support and professional learning to school site staff, parents/guardians in appropriate behavior intervention techniques; conduct assessments and develop plans that conform to IDEA and PA Chapter 14. 

 

 

Requirements:  Master's Degree in Special Education or related human services field; Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certificate obtained through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB); or hold a current license for Behavior Specialist in the State of Pennsylvania.
