Title:  Onboarding Secretary to the Human Resources Department

 

Reports To:  Director of Human Resources

 

Location:  District Administration Office

 

Available:  12/4/2024

 

Compensation:  $23.03/ hour after 60 day probationary period per the PESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement

 

Hours:  8 1/2 hours per day, including one-half (1/2) hour unpaid duty-free lunch and (1) fifteen minute duty-free break, 12 months per year

 

Description: The Onboarding Secretary will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition for new hires. This role is responsible for managing the onboarding process, coordinating orientation sessions, and serving as a liaison between new employees and the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive onboarding experience.

 

Requirements:  Act 168 Employment History Review, Current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 FBI clearances

High School Diploma required. Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred:  three (3) years' secretarial experience in a position of comparable responsibility preferred.
