Title:   Field Hockey Head Coach

 

Reports to: Assistant Principal at Central Middle School   

 

Available:  for the 2024-2025 school year

 

Terms of Employment:  Stipend in accordance with EDR Contract as stated in the PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.

 

Description: Perform and oversee all duties pertaining to field hockey, including practice, games, equipment, etc.  Previous playing experience or coaching experience preferred.

• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
