Title:   Extended School Year (ESY) - Special Education Teacher

 

Reports to:  Supervisor of Special Education

 

Available:   6/17/24 to 7/25/24  Monday - Thursday

 

Hours:  7:30am - 12:30pm

 

Terms of Employment:  5 hours/day, 4 days/week, $45.00/hour 

 

Description:  Implement and monitor progress of IEPs, including behavioral goals, for students with learning and/or emotional disabilities.

 

Requirements:  Must possess current PA Special Education certification, with Elementary certification preferred.

• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
