Job Title: Director of Teaching, Learning, and Assessment
Reports To: Superintendent
Available: May 2025
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Exempt, Cabinet-Level Contracted Employee, 12-Month work Year.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
- Pennsylvania administrative certification (e.g., Principal or Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction certification).
- Minimum of five years of experience in education, with expertise in curriculum development, federal programs, and assessment coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and utilize student performance data for decision-making.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The Director of Teaching, Learning, and Assessment will provide leadership and coordination for the district’s instructional programs, assessment processes, and federal programs to support student achievement while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
