Title:   Assistant Field Hockey Coach

Reports to:  Assistant Principal of Athletics and Pupil Services      

Available:   asap

Terms of Employment:  Stipend in accordance with EDR contract as stated in the PEA Collective Bargaining Agreement

Description:   Assist the Head Coach with all duties pertaining to Field Hockey, including practice, games, equipment, etc.  Previous playing experience or coaching experience preferred.

• PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)
• Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
• FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)
• School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)
• PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)
• Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
